We can tell you which deck stain / preservative will work best on your deck.    Deck Repairs - This consists of possibly changing a few rotted deck floor boards, replacing top rails, building new stairs, railings, digging footings, adding hurricane ties, joist hangers, etc.   Deck Building - This consists of leaving the deck support system in place but replacing the wood floor with new pressure treated wood, or replacing wood and adding composite material using hidden deck fastners. We have experience with Veranda, Fiberon and Timber Tech. We also change out wood railings for new white vinyl railings that includes a post sleeve, post trim and post cap.
